Vision
Bee universal is a concept that was born about 10 years ago by Renee Cashman. After experiencing some life changing events, Renee felt a great drive to share with others some of the tools that had assisted her in maintaining peace through troubled times. She began by marketing Natural Practitioners and ‘New Age’ Healers in Brisbane, where she lived at the time.
In 1999 Renee moved to Cairns and shared her own work - Sound Therapy with the people of Cairns. In 2002 she was inspired to unite people together and put on a mini festival - A World Healing Day which was held @ Machans Beach. Although being a single mother and having two beautiful boy’s born in 2001 and 2002 she worked to bring her community together and provide an opportunity for the people of Cairns to share their gifts, wisdom and love.
The people that shared Renee’s Vision supported the idea and came to share their own work, holding mini workshops and stalls. A constant focus of Bee Universal is its connection to the community. One of the ways that this is achieved is through Performing Arts concerts in Aged Care facilities and community events. Many of those already participating have continued to co-create with Renee and now make up the team of Bee Universal Inc. and have continued to put on special events including a Living Human Mandala for Peace, The Theatre of the Holy Numbers, and a Celestial CommUnity Celebration Dinner, and many more are still to come.
